Hundreds of Bobcats gathered onto the football field to align their chakras at Boca High’s 4th annual Yoga Wave. Hosted by Ms. Freihofer, Mrs. McKee, and the AICE Travel and Tourism students, the Yoga Wave gave students and teachers a chance to become yogis for the day.

After Ms. Freihofer and Mrs. McKee helped students get acquainted with a few yoga poses, Ms. Garafalo took the lead in a calming meditation that captivated everyone on the football field.

This year’s Yoga Wave left participants with a lasting impression along with a sense of peace and tranquility.
